I do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final except in the event of shipping damages, or a maker error on my end (small crack, glaze chip or crazing, etc. that wasn't noticed prior to shipping). I do my best to inspect each piece thoroughly, provide measurements in the description, and photograph the work so that it is an accurate representation, but ultimately, translating a three-dimensional piece of pottery into a 2-dimensional photograph is never going to be perfect. Please also remember that each piece has been lovingly made by hand by me and therefore slight inconsistencies and variations may occur. If there is an issue, email email@example.com and I will do my best to respond within 72 hours.
I do my best to pack all orders very carefully to avoid damages during transportation to their destination, but once it leaves my hands it is ultimately out of my control. If your piece arrives broken or damaged, please email me as soon as possible and I will do my best to respond within 72 hours to provide you with a refund. Sorry, I will not be able to make a replacement.
