Politique d'expédition
All items will be shipped via USPS or UPS and orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of placing your order. You will be sent an email notification when your order gets shipped out. I do not ship out orders on the weekend. If it is safe to do so I will combine orders, but due to the fragile nature of ceramics, pieces may need to be boxed separately. A partial shipping refund may apply to combined orders. In all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.
I do my best to source shipping and packing materials that are environmentally friendly, and reuse materials where possible. All of the materials I use (boxes, paper packing material, cellulose tape, and packing peanuts) can be composted. You can additionally rinse the packing peanuts down your drain. Also, please consider reusing and recycling any packing materials if you are not able to compost. Every little bit helps.
